Our Vision
To develop and provide education and training courses which are sensitive to
the needs and aspirations of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
In achieving our vision we will provide holistic health education and
vocational training to enable Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to
manage and determine their future.
Company Profile
To facilitate the empowerment of health workers to bring about change
through (a) a focus on personal development, (b) the development of leadership
skills (c) the development of an appropriate Indigenous professional identity
and (d) a personal practice framework.
To provide Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander people with the most current
professional clinical and human service skills and culture specific practice
knowledge that facilitates a holistic approach to the well being of Aboriginal
and Torres Strait Islander people in a competent and safe manner
To provide Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with a professional
levels of skills and knowledge in community development approaches that are
regarded as core resources for facilitating self –determination in Aboriginal
and Torres Strait Islander people
To provide Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with professional
skills and knowledge which will enable them to take leadership roles in the
development and operation and management of health program, projects agencies
and organisations
